As a treasury of knowledge with numerous years of experience in delivering high profile and politically sensitive projects on time and within budget, his expertise stretches across many industries and sectors and all the varying degrees of project types, scopes, and budgets.

James’ work always culminates in a special and thoughtful solution, carved to fit just right. He focuses on blending buildings into their environment while showing respect for the people who experience and use the space. A design guy at heart with a hands-on approach, James and his co-founders launched SDA in pursuit of a simple goal: Do great work. To him, that means fostering close partnerships, with the team and clients alike.

If you were to google architecture you would be swamped by sentences that references design. Designing spaces, designing structures, for me however being an architect is about converting that design into a built form. A tangible form that embraces the space it sits in. I enjoy seeing how it all comes together. Essentially I get to play architectural jenga everyday.
