Buchanan Street Residence is an exercise in maximising the development opportunities of a compact site. Located on the edge of a medium density residential zone, the home maximises the three storey height limit on the site whilst creating an unashamedly contemporary form, expressive of its economical design.
Compact and efficient in its planning, the home provides flexible living and bedroom areas that allow light and ventilation to penetrate every part of the house.
