Carrington Parade House

Set atop one of Newcastle’s most dramatic coastal sites, this new home was designed to celebrate its outlook while creating a series of warm, welcoming spaces for everyday living. The architectural language balances bold geometry and soft materiality, drawing on natural textures to ground the home in its setting.

The brief was clear, a forever home that felt contemporary and refined, yet completely comfortable and connected to family life. Working with an engaged and passionate client, the process was deeply collaborative, with the design evolving around key lifestyle moments, open-plan living, seamless indoor-outdoor connection, and a deep engagement with the view.
