In her role, Allison collaborates closely with the other directors to chart the course for our organisation, steering it toward innovation and the successful attainment of our organisational goals.

With an impressive track record spanning over 18 years in the realm of Human Resources, she seamlessly integrates her wealth of experience in operations, leadership, and strategy to drive our company’s growth. Allison possesses a unique talent for taking conceptual ideas and transforming them into tangible, real-world results. Her dedication to fostering a dynamic and welcoming workplace is at the heart of our company culture.

My role, at its core, is about managing systems and processes that support the practices strategic direction, purpose and vision and although these are crucial components in any business, for me one of the best parts about my role is the ability to focus on one of the most important assets that we as an organisation have, the human capital, the people we work with.
